Anyone know the title of this movie?

I work in a library and im trying to get the title of a movie for a patron so im not 100% sure of the details but from what i was told she believes it is an old movie with christopher reeve who plays a killer in a wheelchair. However, i haven't been able to find it based on thoes details so im thinking the actor is probably worng. Any ideas?
