Please need help with mass effect 2 on xbox 360?

im on my 3rd playthrough and i go to omega to recruit garus and before i enter omega it says disc unreadable on the load screen and ive tryed loading up my other saves and still crashes and i even went out and bought a brand new game but im at my ends i have tryed everything i even have 3 other xbox that give me the same problem so any advice would be gladly appreciated and does anyone think i should contact ea or bioware for support?
