Where to buy this Filipino movie...?

I was watching one of my favorite movies from the Starry Starry store and I saw a preview for a movie called Reyna. From the preview, it showed a bunch of pageant (maybe drag) queens. It also said that it starred Eugene Domingo and Keanna Reeves. I really want to buy this movie, do you think you could help me out because I can't find it anywhere.
