Mixing Multivitamin during morning intake ?

I have been taking a mutivite supplement at breakfast for many years and I also take omega 3 1000mg in the evening plus I eat foods like wheatgerm and crushed linseed and similar high value items and what I have read is that regular strength multivites are fine but some super high strength vitamin tablets can lead to side effects depending on the person and the particular vitamin they are overloading on. I have also read from some sources that mutivites do not help if you are on a balanced diet amd I have read that since most of us do not have a perfectly correct and balanced diet regular strength multivites are a good idea. I think that what you are taking is fine and not overloading.
