Tips for helping to eat fruit?
Making smoothies is definitely going to help you eat fruit and if you like strawberries try adding them to other fruit smoothies to disguise the taste of the fruit you don't like. You may find that over time you will actually get to like other fruits by doing it this way. You don't have to eat fruit raw to get the benefit and maybe you will find the taste better if it's cooked. For instance I'm not keen on bananas but love banana custard. You don't say anything about liking or disliking vegetables because if you like vegetables you can try eating more of them instead of fruit. I've just started eating roasted vegetables and they are wonderful. I use olive oil to cook them in and not very much of that so they are still really healthy.Also make soups with vegetables, home made soups are great and so easy to make.
