I been having Weird dreams?

Lately I'm having these weird dreams of travelingvinto the past and bumping into myself as younger child.. It's so clear like I'm actually there.. It's confusing is my mind telling me something.? I have anxiety/depression n take lexapro fish oil/omega 3 n sometimes Ativan for it.. Idk if it's the meds or my brain tryin to signal something.. I also had a very weird dream that I was flying in some king of sled in NY on christmas eve(LOL) my dreams r confusing any help?
