Have you a good or bad Weight Loss story?

Well before the start of my senior year I decided I wanted to enlist in the Navy. The only problem was that I was about 60 lbs overweight. My mind was set on the Navy so I decided to try and lose some weight..In about 9 months I have lost close to 50 pounds by pure diet and exercise. I didnt do any hardcore cardio or dumb shortcuts..I just ate healthier and went to the gym 3-5 times a week..all I did was the elliptical and ab workouts such as scissor kicks, crunches, and sit ups. I am proud to say that I am almost at my goal and I wont stop until my goal is reached.

Is L-Carnitine effective?

Carnitine, CLA, Green tea......are you doing any exercise and eating heathy? If not, none of those supplements will help.......

Could the vitamins I'm taking make my period late?

Zoloft is an antidepressant and can mess with hormones too. But, you sound like you're having PMS. Twelve days isn't that late. I've skipped three months before. If you think you may be pregnant take an OTC pregnancy test. Just take it first thing one morning. The more you worry the more stressed your body will be and stress is a known cause for late periods.

I'm really sore from working out, what will help?

I wasn't completely out of shape, but I did a really intens workout, and my arms are so sore that I can barely move. I heard about Omega 3? Should I just take more Fish Oil pills?

My question is about forum posting. I had a big thread (including 350post) in a forum. Then because of fatal server errors, my thread was lost suddenly. All posts lost also. Now I want to post these 350posts again but it is so long and hard work. Is there any program to send these posts automatically to the new opened thread at forum(script or else or whatever). Thanks.

1991 Ford Explorer Transmission Problems?

1991 Ford Explorer automatic tranny problems. I drove it home yesterday and went to leave just few hours later and it would not move. Now it does have drive and reverse but only at a idle, give it gas and the engine just over Reeves. The oil level is great and is not burnt. Any ideas????
