Sounds like you are taking some very good vitamins. You wouldn't want to over do them but you are on the right track. Vit. B complex is good for your nerves. It is best to take in the morning (with food) because if you take it at night it can keep you awake because it gives you energy. The Omega oils are excellent for the heart and your skin, same with Zinc. Bilberry is good for your eyes and any herb should only be taken for a period of time for a certain problem; then go without it for a few days to let your body rest. You might want to take a multi-vitamin along with what you are taking. And if you get colds a lot add some Vitamin C. You can take as much as you want of that, because your body does not store it up.
