Why do women make themselves harder to get when they noticed they have nice ***, waist and boobs?

And if they have a nice face along with that, they stay quite while her omega friends begin giving her advice on how to make a man drool over them or better yet how to get best out of man while she's got the best package? You go to the movies you see her omega friends screaming drooling like dogs while the one with the full package stays quite. I mean what's the point of all of this ?? I mean from both from a woman's and a man's perspective.
